He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk State Medical Academy. He passed an internship in neurology at Kyiv P.L. Shupika Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. He defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medicine on the topic: "Conservative treatment of neurological manifestations of degenerative dystrophic diseases of the lumbosacral spine, complicated by disc herniation." Author of a textbook in 2 volumes "Osteochondrosis of the lumbar spine complicated by disc herniation." Co-author of the national textbook in 2 volumes "Reflexology". Author of the textbook in 3 volumes "Diseases of the peripheral nervous system". In 2019 he received another specialization: a doctor of physical and rehabilitation medicine. President of the Ukrainian Association of Scientific and Practical Ozone Therapy. He has been dealing with the KSD device since January 2021.

About the device
At the beginning of my cooperation with KSD, a fairly competent doctor, who has been working on the device for more than a decade, told me: "You will fall in love with this device." I practically believed her, because even then I saw several miracles: the headache passed immediately, the psychosomatic symptoms receded. Later, I told Alexander Koptelov about various really interesting observations, he reacted calmly to everything. Now I understand that he heard it from colleagues and saw it many times. Having worked at the rural outpatient clinic, district, city, regional hospital, for more than 20 years, as president and vice-president of several Associations, treating thousands of patients with both traditional and non-traditional methods, including treatment of hundreds of patients (to 200) with complicated diagnoses of therapeutic, neurologic, orthopedic, psychological profile on KSD, I am amazed by diagnostic and the main thing medical potential of the device.
